Hm...I recall it was Bagel, Ruke, Ryko, Isladar, and Khamsin were voted in, and then the bottom 5 (I remember Pergo DAKPluto and I think Cephius were among them) were added by the mods to cancel out the popularity contest. I pretty much agree with what you have to say about their quality; some never modded, but none acted egregiously.
