What happens when you get caught driving without a license?
And if you resist, they shoot you.
missed your post in all the retardedness between you and rhinox.
ok, so you see a problem.
how do you describe said problem?
what do you propose ought/could be done to fix it? straightforward questions.
Don't even bother saying "The Free Market Way Wont Work", government already has regulation over the insurance. That's not free market.
guartz. You do realize that your "free market" solution is already out there right? The only thing stopping someone from peru to practice medicine here is a simple exam. How exactly does that help?
You recommended an outdated system which allowed for unqualified people to administer health care and doesn't account for the more complicated nature of contemporary health care, and makes nowhere close to a guarantee that everyone can get care when they need it.
now I wouldn't be against community clinics that had licensed professionals (nurses, technicians, pharmacist, and maybe some general practitioners doing some part-time) offering low-cost, low-level care outside of the insurance system (i.e. some place you could go for minor injuries/illnesses and medicine for it, for pretty cheap, without any major administrative overhead etc). But that really can't help the current problem where people cannot afford insurance and then go bankrupt when they have a major medical crisis, or where they can't get insurance again after losing/changing providers because of previous history.
