Judicial Review. Which is exactly the reason the Supreme Court gave when they ruled against James Madison in 1803.

    Sometimes it's just too easy.

Fair enough. Shriners hospital is another one as well as St jude.

These are specialized hospitals. My point is If they were opened up to everyone for everything how long do you think they would last before they would run out of money?

Thanks for the admitting I'm right here.

I'm sure many people demanded Bush cut out his spending, his bailouts, pulling out of Iraq. Worked pretty good then right?

I'll blame occupational orphanage and Schools. Public Education clearly isn't doing its job. (Sup Rhinox, I'm talking about you).

I'd say the majority were against it for quite some time. How else did McCain get slaughtered? Didn't change anything, he still rammed us into the ground for 4 moar years. We still dealt with bush for another 4 years as he made some pretty fucked up decisions against the peoples best intrests and rights(Patriot Act / Spending / War says sup).

Maybe once upon a time your politicians actually represented you and care about you beyond getting your vote. The few honest politicians are the minority. Glad the Republic is doing its job.

What's that got to do with it? Just because the court has judicial review does not mean something is open to interpretation.

If JM said, "by general welfaire I meant X" and the court reviews it, it's suddenly open to interpretation? The act of reviewing something does make something open to interpretation. Now if JM didn't say that at all, then yes it would be open to manipulation by liberals.

Just out of curiousity. Do you think Jews were responsible for 9/11?

If I say 2+2 is 4 and the supreme court goes over it, what I said is open to interpretation?

It's a serious question actually. Considering you're now riding guartz cock pretty hard with the half-hearted anarchist views you're parroting from him now. I was just wondering if you taken on the same view.

It's not a difficult question. Its a simple yes or no.

At least my views hold water and logic.

So your question? Do I think the Jews caused 9-11? No.
