Reagan created the trust fund and then borrowed against it to lower taxes for the wealthy and subsidize big business putting it into a deficit. That's called fraud for one, and deception for two.

It took until Bill Clinton came into office to balance it back out and make it right, and when Dubya came into office, after running on a campaign of fiscal conservatism and tight budgeting he did the same thing Reagan and his dad did.

Reagan didn't save shit he made it worse and give his cronies an excuse to steal from the middle and lower class.

The problem I have with Obama is that He talks out of both sides of his mouth. He continually bashes the previous administration and talks about bipartisanship.
