This tour was always shitty.
Question for those who have gone, is it easy to get tickets the day of? And how expensive could I expect them to be? Thinking about going on Sunday but I wasn't able to get tickets online early. I did look around online to see but it's kinda hard to tell what to expect as far as lines etc.
They were 30$? I think? Parking might be a dif issue, and from what I understand it isn't hard to get tickets at the show. (Thats where I got mine)
If you go you must see Chiodos the best set by far.
Is it standard operating procedure to not bathe a week before going to the Warped Tour show? I got dragged to WT a few years back and the only stand out memories I have are seeing Flogging Molly (which was fun) and the god awful pit stank (not fun).
I just came back from Warped two days ago, and man, I had an amazing time. I got burned so very, very badly and I look retarded right now, but it was worth it.
Tickets at the door were $60CAD/$55USD for those wondering. Parking was done very effectively, but since there were so many people, the wait times were crazy to get in/out.
Glad you had a good time Epical. I somehow completely forgot about this thread. (Probably because it was buried by Doctor BG, Math BG, and Decor BG. Haha..)
Anyway. I know most times around here the show is sold out. Although most venues do reserve extra tickets to sell at the door.. unless you get there right away there's a pretty good chance they'll be sold out again. Good news is there are always ticket scalpers. Bad news is.. they will always rape you with ticket prices.
I remember a few years ago.. It was the first time the Camden one really sold out from my experience. I went thinking I could just buy tickets at the door.. and couldn't. And refused to pay upwards of $60 for scalped tickets so I just hung out and listened outside the venue for bands I wanted to hear. Eventually.. somehow, my girlfriend and I managed to convince someone with a tour pass to walk us in and they just took us in the venue backstage. It was pretty awesome.
I've heard parking is always horrid at Warped. Could just be here though. I work across the river at another venue. So I park there and take the ferry over. So I can't necessarily talk about it. But I'd imagine it's just like any other concert at a large venue.
whats it like? ive always wanted to go to warped qq
