Anyway, they've been pretty average for me. Haven't flown with them for a few years, because it isn't convenient for me anymore, but I used them consistently when they were a good option.

Is this board seriously that fucking retarded? If you bothered to read my following post, you would have seen that the review was based on the service afterwards, namely their telling me to go fuck myself instead of being courteous. I didn't show up and demand they let me on the plane, scream at them, curse at them, ask to speak to a supervisor, and be a customer from hell. I asked if there was anything they could do, and they told me to go fuck myself.

Completely fine. They didn't massage my feet, but they didn't exactly crash the plane either.

I took a flight out with them 2 years ago to Mississippi. I had zero problems with anything service or otherwise. If there was one thing I could complain about, it is the lack of leg room on board. I'm 6'3, and there isn't that much room like on some other planes. Overall I would recommend if you're looking to save money. Just be prepared for a layover, most of their flights are not straight to the destination!

Ive flown a few times with them. a tight fit, and not recomended for long flights... but then again ive gotten used to British Airways, Air France, Air Canada, Lufthansa etc.

I've never flown w/ them before but since they had the cheapest ticket for my short notice of 2 weeks in advance, I pretty much went w/ them (cheapest delta flight was like 70 bucks more).

Just wondering what to expect. Are they good or bad or just plain? I noticed they have wifi on every flight, so at least that much is good.

I dunno. They're fine I guess, but they screwed me and my wife on a trip earlier this year. We specifically booked them because they offer direct flights to and from the destination we wanted, and a week before the flight we get a call saying they split the direct flight into 2 flights, effectively doubling our travel time.
