He's saying add the WR you want to your waiver transaction, and then on Thursday at 2am if nobody ahead of you on the list tries to pickup the same WR, then he will be added to your team. You don't need to be online at 2am.

I went 2-2 the first week, my 20 man team lost terribly, won in the "real" IDP, won my non-bg league (won huge over the 2nd best points person there lol), lost in the screwed up idp where I was auto-drafted.

Also, what's really sad about 20 man:

If I'd played Justin Gage instead of Breaston (all the media made it sound like Breaston would play and Boldin wouldn't), Ricky Williams and LeRon McClain instead of Turner and White, and just benched Fasano and played nobody at TE... it would have been a reeeally close game.
