Hey guys. I apologize for making such a simple thread, but I've been trying to find a certain website for about 3 days and have finally given up and decided to come back to the place I first found a link.

The website I am searching for is one that contains a crapton of random pictures (paparazzi pics of random celebs, movie pic, random fails, etc.) whose function is to allow visitors to make captions. It is quite comprehensive, allowing for different text sizes, colors, font's and positioning.

I apologize one more time and thank in advance anyone who can help. =X
