I think I saw the best sign ever in the crowd after Boise St made it 19-0....."Even Emilio Estevez can't save the Ducks" with a picture of Gordon Bombay next to it. Classic! Man, I'd be embarassed if I was Oregon, haven't gotten a first down yet and we're in the 3rd quarter already.
Oregon finally on the board...of course minutes after I post that. Well, still lot of time left to play, but I wanna see Boise St take this one.
lolducks
Edit: I feel so sagacious!

What a thug, I hope he gets suspended for that sucker punch.
When I saw it, I was like "Wait, what? That actually happened?" Reason? Normally, people go for haymakers and never actually land a punch in sports events most of the time, so when he actually connected with that right hook.. I dunno, I was impressed. Then I was sickened because he was an idiot.

what a great way to start the season huh?
To be fair, the guy he punched looks like a douche.
The person in the NCAA that decided on the handshake crap will regret it before Michigan/Ohio St. or Florida/Florida St. (even though none of this happened before the game)
There's a reason why the Boise guy is getting restrained by the coach. There's a difference between getting punched for no reason and getting punched a second after giving the guy a push (and talking trash), like was the case here.
If Boise St. wants to join the big boys in the BCS, they need BCS security. Letting fans walk on the same level as the opposing team's exit path is just asking for a riot to break out. That port-a-railing would have done nothing if something would have started up.
Holy LOOOOOL at Blunt throwing a punch. Enjoy your year long suspension and kiss your NFL prospects goooood bye.
lolducks!
That kid should be prosecuted for assault/battery and no less. When was the last time any normal person was caught punching a person in the face with no provocation on any sort on video and wasn't prosecuted for it?
If I don't see any type of REALLY cheap play by the punchee without retaliation, and that kid doesn't end up in jail I'll be pretty damn upset (PS talking trash [especially after a win like that] is not cause for a punch in the face).
I believe the cherubic fellow bedecked in the blue colors of his university questioned the virtue of the other participant's female acquaintance. The Oregonian, ever the incredulous recipient of such an impolitic barb, evenly asked why the sanctity of a pure game--a collegiate game, no less--should be sullied by such abhorrent language.
The two quarreled, and the sway-bellied footballer was sent crashing to the earth.
Doesn't matter what he said, trash talk is trash talk, sucker punching takes it to a whole different level and that guy should be out the rest of the year.
I don't think it's a sucker punch when you push someone thinking they won't do shit and they punch you in the face.
