I know what you mean, especially the alarm being put on sleep and going to work, waking up realizing you did not go to work and you are late. I imagine the one where you thought that you got up to pee is not cool in this theme either.

Get over there and find her little brother (she doesn't have a little brother irl), so we kick him out of the room we were in and I take my pants off, but then her dad (whom I've never met) shows up. I covered myself with a blanket and was trying to subtly put my pants on while talking to him when I woke up.

Yikes, that can cause some trauma with the negative reinforcements. Almost sounds like a movie. It would be a trip when you meet him, if her dad actually looked like the dad in the dream. No..it would be terrifying.

nocturnal emissions do happen, it's just most men relieve the pressure one way or another, as if they don't it can result in "blue balls" however this is typically only if a man is repeatedly (not a single date, don't fall for this ladies) brought close to release and then stopped

nocturnal emissions are the body's way of releasing unecessary seed/sexual tension. this is probably partially incorrect, as I only understand the opposite side of the spectrum, with multiple forms of release with a partner and/or self

this hasn't happened to me since I thought masturbation was bad at age 16 or less
