I searched but from what little I know about emulators, the only port for KOF was bad quality but I do not know if MAME was used in that review. I will look again though thank you . I don't think it is possible to port new games like KOFXII (xbox360/PS3) to pc is it?.

It is not, but I'm pretty sure SF4 did pretty well with the PC port, I wouldn't be too surprised if SNK went ahead with a PC port too.
