Yeah, no one needs to read it because I don't think there's much that can be ultimately gained from something that was, in all honesty, just a sudden spontaneous understanding on my own part.

But there certainly are the blueprints here that should allow me, at the very least, the ability to fix a lot of things with myself and live in a way more conducive to mental, physical, and emotional wellbeing.

There is too much pain and not enough healing. I sincerely hope more people find something that is a step in a positive direction like this, but I can't imagine that looking is bound to do much to help one to actually find it.

I would like to get it down on paper for myself because there really is a chaotic nature to thoughts and it's not much good to keep these things up there where it's not that easy to actually hear them.
