Do Asus monitors tilt foward or at least straight? I am looking at getting a new monitor but i sit slightly below my PC.

Yeah it tilts up and down but that's about it. The height adjustment is the real issue.

Will the built in speakers on the Asus model play the sound from my PS3 or cable box when I switch to the HDMI input?

Edit: Also will the 25.5" have the right display to play PS3 games on? I believe it's a 16:10. I'm looking at getting either the 25.5" or the 24".

Yeah, sound will be directed via hdmi. About the 16:10 that depends if the monitor has 1:1 pixel mapping which I think it does..but for the 24" it doesn't have that issue since its 1920x1080 native resolution..Might want to just go for the 24" to be safe.

The 24" one I got is perfect. Exactly what I was looking for, and it had no dead pixels.

Major bump here, but I'm in a similar position (PC/PS3/HDMI).

There are conflicting information between Newegg and LG as to what the exact specifications are to this monitor, but I'm wanting to see what you guys think about it.

Sorry for not seeing this question sooner...

If you're just plugging in a PC to play games, it's not as critical.

If you want to watch DVDs or BluRay discs, either from a reader in the PC or from another device connected to the monitor like a PS3, you will want HDCP support.

The main things that require HDCP are DVDs, BluRay, and satellite TV.
