[Garuda] Censhura End-Game LS - Recruiting

Well, recently I've had to purge quite a few of our members due to loyalty/greediness issues. Because of this, we are getting a little low, especially when doing events such as Dynamis/Einherjar, and as such we are now actively recruiting.

First and foremost: Censhura.com if at any point you are interested in applying.

What we do
Dynamis - Tuesday and Friday, 8:15pmEST
Limbus - Wednesday and Saturday, 8:15pmEST
Einherjar - Wednesday and Saturday, 10:30pmEST

Our main event at this point has been ground kings. We do well in the NA times, but we do lack in the EU/JP times, which is where most of our missed-claims are. Regardless, we do camp round-the-clock, no matter what time.

We also actively (read: not always daily) camp Dark Ixion and Sandworm. These are mainly done during peak NA hours at the moment, as low numbers wouldn't work well (as far as scanning the zones goes) in the JP hours.

Miscellaneous farming of Sea is normally going on at random throughout the week, with either Kirin or random Sea God's/JoL being on Sunday's, when we have pops.

Now, on to the brunt of it.

-Applicants are expected to have multiple 75 jobs, preferably which can fill a variety of tasks. I.E. PLD and NIN only is unacceptable. BLM, BRD, SMN, WHM, RDM, COR are jobs we will always need. Obviously all jobs will need appropriate subs leveled (COR needs /WHM, BRD needs /BLM and /WHM, etc). If you feel these rules should not apply to you (IE: You are an Aegis PLD, Apoc DRK, or just generally extremely good at your job), feel free to apply regardless.

-High levels of experience in end game are recommended and will help you get into the shell a lot easier, however, they are not necessary assuming you are an exceptional player.

-You need access to: Dynamis-Xarcabard, Bahamut V2, Sky, Sea, all outposts, and all outposts in Wings of the Goddess.

-Social linkshells are acceptable, however, if it is Khimaira, Tiamat, or Cerberus window, it is highly recommended you wear your Censhura pearl at all times. You are expected to wear your Censhura pearl 95% of your time online. If this is a problem, apply elsewhere.

-Non-100% attendance is not an option. Aside from NQ Behemoth and Adamantoise, all linkshell events are mandatory. Skipping events is an instant kick.

If you got through that without falling asleep, here is the rest:
-All drops are decided among pearlsacks, via attendance, attitude, aptitude(at your job, or the game in general). Lists aren't a secret, they are posted publicly for all linkshell members to view on our website.

-All money drops/items sold are split amongst those who attended said event.

-Dynamis and Limbus are both strictly point-based, 1-point-per-run jazz.
