This was my argument against my friends: If I were in a committed, long-term relationship with someone and assuming we had a healthy sex life and all that, and one day she brings up the topic as one of her fantasies, it would be unfair of me to immediately strike the notion down simply on the basis that she deserves to get off too. In that situation it wouldn't really be the guy asking for it per se, but requesting and consenting are pretty irrelevant if the endgame is you getting plugged regardless.
