Held Paypal Funds

I sold Mac Office which I listed in b-s-t on eBay last week. I got the Paypal payment and shipped it off, and it arrived Monday. I haven't gotten feedback yet, so my funds are on hold til then I guess. I messaged the guy and asked for feedback so I could get my funds, and he said he doesn't know because it has a not for resale sticker on it.

Is there a way I can contact eBay or Paypal to get the money released? The guy has the item and I had the tracking number through USPS through Paypal, so they should know its delivered. I never had this problem before when selling either. Does this happen a lot of did I just get a bad buyer?

Never send until you get the money. You put yourself in a bad situation.

Did you put delivery confirmation on it? They will ask for Delv Conf. If its been delivered they will release the funds themselves. If not, at the mercy at the buyer. He can also choose to rip you off and say u never delivered it.

EDIT: Re-read it. Ya take the conf number and post it on the transaction details under paypal. As soon as they confirm the delivery, they will release the funds.

I got the money in my Paypal account its just pending, and there was delivery confirmation. When I rollover, it says its still in NJ, but going to actually USPS website tracking says delivered. The guy even said he got it.

Put the confirmation numer in, as soon as it shows it has been delivered you'll have your money in a day or two. Even if he leaves you feedback it'll take a day or two to get your money. They seem to hold the money at random, and it isn't at the request of the buyer. It's just because of the category you're selling in, or because you don't sell often enough on eBay.
