it sure does, songs sound better, pop on the headphones and go for a cruise, blocks disappear behind you, chicks check you out but it doesn't even matter

in french they call it a dérive, and there is no proper translation for it in english -- I'm not fluent but I read an article about the word, and I think it's an awesome concept: walking for the sake of walking, for the enjoyment of motion, no destination and if anything a destination in mind defeats the act of the dérive
