Lol, did these guys even try at all? I looked in the source and found that the form was going to a savefeedback.asp, I entered the url in my browser out of curiosity and a complaint2.html page came up with this:

I then looked into the source of that page and it looks like pressing the accept button would get you to download a "complaint.exe" . I'm not going to bother seeing what this file is, but its pretty safe to say that this is most likely malware lol

Pretty sure rmt use free trial accounts for the gilselling tells, and the accounts they steal most likely had the CC info removed after the char is sttripped, so they aren't giving much to SE.
