She quoted Tyche dude. And I am pretty sure Tyche is talking about the sandpaper mitt. My wife has those as well and they seem to work pretty good as long as you are patient and use them for long enough.

For leg hair it does take a while but you just sit there and rub your leg with it while you watch tv or something.

if you have one of those "as seen on TV" stores around, it'll be there. there's one in the mall near me. also sometimes places like target and rite aid (especially rite aid) have an "as seen on TV" section. might check there.

The paper is not scratchy, it feels like really super fine grit sandpaper. Like the kind you use in the final steps of polishing gems.

Or it also kinda feels like shark skin.
