pretty much, pretty much. and isn't it even less for 1h weapons? i also thought i'd read DEX was basically useless to stack because of how much it took to break crit tiers, but then again i didn't really roll melee deep even though that would probably have been my strong suit with badass str. all mage jobs, full mp/int/magic skill merits, usually ended up being better than most anyway because players are too lazy to max their merits 95% of the time. gogo brd, lol.
