True. 1/200 is about average, and you don't have people posting that as frequently because it doesn't surprise/elicit a reaction.

I went 1/1207 on gugrusaurus, and with the 50 or so gugrusaurus I had left over, I think 3 people got their items.

edit: I should add that 1/15 would be reported more often that 1/1000+ because people are more likely to quit when they get those higher numbers, and thus never get the item/never report getting the item. Still, though, you have an equal chance of getting super lucky as you do to get super unlucky if you want to think about it like that.

Puffin rings were always a joke for me. I got 4 out of like 60 fish.
2/30 for liks and about 2/400 for gugs.
Matsya I went 1/109 and it felt like hell. I'd rather do a few more ebisu rods than another matsya run like that. Then again everyone is running the matsya price down to retarded levels (seriously a waste of time if you're selling it at 350k each), so it would probably be better now than it was before.
