i think nice guys just come off as boring a lot of the time, really. it's kind of like trying to watch a critically acclaimed foreign film vs. watching the new transformers movie. the transformers movie trailer is going to impress you and probably win your money unless you've been to enough of those movies to know that you're likely going to walk out disappointed if you were expecting a good plot and character development and shit. they're good if you just want to waste two hours, though.
