I''m using a Linksys Wireless-N USB Network Adapter with the Windows 7 RC and I'm having a small problem. It seems that every time I restart, or put my computer to sleep, my connection speed seems to get capped at 14 Mb/s, even though I have a 25 MB/s connection. The only way I've found to fix it is to unplug then adapter, then plug it back in. Its not that big of a deal, but it is kind of annoying since I put my computer to sleep whenever I'm not using it.
This is what Speedtest shows my connection is if I don't unplug the adapter:

And this is what its supposed to be:

It usually stays between 20 and 22 MB/s, but the adapter isn't in a great spot so I don't mind.
I made sure my drivers are up to date but that didn't help. If it matters, my router that Verizon gave me is wireless-g, even though my adapter is wireless-n. Any ideas?
Thanks
