thats what the fuck i'm fucking saying man
thats what the fuck i'm fucking saying man
I actually stopped eating chicken for like 3 years during the end/after college.
Why? Cause the cafeteria at Uconn was like 99% chicken meals, everyday....got so fucking sick of it. I eat it now, but fuck it beef> chicken always.
Stupid chicken.
Only good thing about chickens are eggs. Eggs are good.
wendys blt salad is good, but that honey mustard dressing is not good if you are on diet. Me? I don't give a fuck and eat it anyways, fuck I ask for 2 packs cause my wieght is 178 and I straight don't give a fuck.
busy people who are smart about their choices? fast food does not necessarily always mean instafat, clogged arteries, unintentionally tight pants, death if you know how to do it right. this kind of mentality is just what leads people to believe that and go oh fuck it i might as well do my worst because i'm here! there's a big difference between having a 350 calorie meal at a fast food place and pushing 1k or more down your gullet because you figure it doesn't matter anyway.

Also if you have any sort of willpower whatsoever it's not that hard to go to a fast food restaurant once in a while. I mean yeah you have to eat it sparingly but don't get a fucking baconator and you'll be fine. If I go there I restrict myself to one sandwich and bring it home so I can drink water with it instead of getting a coke. There's a method to my madness
ITT Women being wrong.
Who gives a shit how healthy a spicy chicken sandwich is, it's fucking delicious.
and yeah, chicken's just so overused. you never roll up to wendy's and see an option for a pork chop sandwich or a lamb soup. sup with that shit. let's have some variety.

fucking eat that shit, NEGATIVE calories
it takes more energy to chew than it provides you with
at the end of the day you are on a diet shopping at wendy's instead of working out and making your own food
jus sayin'
ideally, yes you get to make your own meals and whatnot. in the real world of employed adults with obligations, not as easy as it sounds.
not to mention that dieting doesn't mean you can cut out all dining out experiences for the rest of your life, and fast food is just a part of that. you have to learn to be able to make smart choices while you're out or you will fail.
i'm a man of simply pleasures, i sprinkle a lil salt to raise the blood pressure and i'm all good
(That was the joke bb) =(

REPLACE ALL YOUR BREAD WITH THIS SHIT RIGHT HURR
It was a little of both, but peanut butter on celery as a healthy meal is lol.
i actually thought you said a manly meal.
i'd rather have baby carrots than celery if we're hitting up the veggies. those are kind of sweet, celery just makes me feel like i can never stop chewing.
