iPhone 3G Car Charger + FM Transmitter

Long story short, my old FM transmitter doesn't charge the 3G iPhone and only plays music. Looking to replace it but there seems to be mixed reviews on amazon for all the ones I've looked at it.

What do you use that plays music and charges your iPhone 3G? Preferably not one that is just a wire into the outlet; a stand of some sorts would be better.

My radio has a USB port. But I'd recomend for you, plugging it in via 3.5m Aux (assuming you have this, most aftermarket radios do) and then using a normal car charger to charge it. Will require you to have two cords instead of one but, will result in much better sound quality overall.

As far as stands go, I don't really know about any of those for cars. Ever consider velcro?

Can buy a new radio also that has iPod support, then you can just control it from your radio with out needing to touch the iPod, that's what I do.

All too much work, I had something just like what I'm looking for before, but it just doesnt charge the 3G iPhone and has great sound quality. All I'm looking for it the same kind of thing that will charge my phone as well. Don't want a whole new radio and don't have a USB outlet either. Just wanna work with what I got.
