Why does my Scout look taller than my Warrior, even though the warrior is at about 75% height and the scout at about 60% height? Does the athletic or muscular body types affect how the height bar scales?

Shouldn't be that much of a discrepancy. I thought it was because of the foreground/background difference. Remaking the Warrior, might as well fiddle with the details, while the actual game is unavailable.

I was actually... Before I deleted the first one to remake him, I looked at where his head reached, when the other guy took his spot, it was almost the same.

If you didn't learn a skill lv 1 can you learn the higher lv?

Is it just me or does downloading aion from the ncsoft launcher take an extremely large amount of time, plus it keeps getting errors through it, so I have to keep checking on it.

Also, most sites were saying the sound folder was in L10, but mine is just in the main aion folder.

You don't overwrite your installed sounds folder when putting the JP sounds in. You take the Sounds folder form the JP zip file and put it in your L10N\ENU folder. They still work, my character creation was in JP yesterday.

Interestingly, they are ogg files. I might try slapping together some random sounds to make another pack lol.

There is a thread about instances in the PvE forum on aionsource. I've put a link somewhere in a thread on this forum already but don't remember where.

About the JP lang pack, I was under the impression that it would affect the cut scenes and system voices as well, was I wrong ?

No you can plug in whatever voices you want to change. In my version, the only thing I changed was the attack/damage/casting voices. You can leave the emote voices, CS etc all as the english version.

I put the whole thing in and the CSs weren't in JP, though I want them to be. I guess I had a corrupted DL or maybe that batch file screwed it up, thanks for answering I'll try again.
