Do the combo abilities just magically pop in those advanced slots, or are additional stigma required? Think the highest I've seen on AH for Glad was a level 43 stigma. Forget what it was, but might've been Lockdown III.

Narf. Yeah, definitely gonna have to up my game beyond grinding on mobs. Or find a better legion. Latter would probably be more effective.

First off, you need to do a quest to unlock the advanced slots.

Then, once you have an advanced slot (well, technically, you can do it at any time but it's pointless otherwise) you can buy the advanced stigmas for about 13k Abyss points for the first level ones, and about 35k for the second. They come from merchants near the other abyss point merchants. There is one for scouts/warriors and another for mages/priests.

Yeah, I remembered those NPCs after it was mentioned you buy them. Just haven't been in that room since checking initial prices and vanity checking gear since my AP gain's been abysmal. Still got some time to play catch-up, I figure.

anyone know a good xp camp for a 34 sorc? i can solo stuff easily, was grinding 33 elite mobs since 30 but that camps xp has slowed down quite a bit. im elyos.

18 Gladiator now and it seems I've hit a wall or something. I soloed all the way up by doing quests/campaigns but this latest one after the poison swamp in verteron where I've got to kill some tursin vets is pretty much impossible. Am I going to have to group up now?

You can go around it and come back to it later, if you don't have a group. Once you hit 19, missions for Eltnen pop up and you can do some there.

Solo grind if you just want to level up, but you're best off forming a group for all the krall missions.

Groups are definitely your best bet for Krall, by far. It just sounded like you weren't looking to party up. I still have some Krall missions left on both of my characters, 20 and 21.

I've discovered the observatory so I'll stick around there for awhile and group up for the krall missions later. Thanks for the advice.

EDIT: Actually I don't think I'll group up anytime soon, this guy keeps shouting for DPS and so I offer to join as Gladiator and he says he already has 2. What is DPS? I thought it was equivalent to DD.

Np. You can do just about everything there solo, except for the captain.

Actually, you can solo it on Gladiator at 19, as I did. Trick is to first kill the one that walks the steps. Once you're healed up, carefully run in and aggro the captain and his two flunkies and run back up the steps. When you're a little past halfway up the stairs, pop provoke on one of the flunkies, but keep going up and around the steps and they'll keep going for you while the others stop giving chase. Repeat this process for the other until you get the captain isolated. Rest up and just fight him in the room, as depending on how quickly you killed the other two, the roamer might've repopped. Since he'll try to run away while fighting, make sure you back is to that hall and pop a bandage during this point if you need to.

I've done this with a couple other fights, but it doesn't always work for whatever reason.

I'm pretty sure DPS is Damage Per Second, but he's probably just not specifying. If he had no Glads, and you offered, you'd be a DPS. People are just afraid to type a couple extra letters often times I think.

Is there a way to go left/right when you are tabbing through mobs instead of one direction? Basically a reverse tab if I didn't make that clear enough. I hate clicking mobs because players usually get in the way haha.

Most applications in everything reverse tab with shift. Not sure if I've tried it with Aion.
