To my knowledge, you can use an artifact right away after capturing it unless the other race used it recently and it was still on cooldown when you captured it, in which case you will have to wait for whatever is left on the cooldown before you can use it.

I don't think that's entirely true; I'm fairly sure that if one race uses it then the other captures it they don't have to wait the full recharge length. As to what it really is, I don't know exactly.

Can't point you specifically, but around the drana bug mini-bosses, I think leading up to where Tutty was killed in normal Poeta, there's a small tent with a single mob guarding the box. It's a click thingy, so no mob drop.

When an artifact is capped, it will always have a 10-15 min or so cooldown. If the other race takes it, they reset that cooldown. There is absolutely no point in "blowing" cooldowns and if it gets capped then re-capped the cooldown is reset each time. The only time you ever have to deal with the full 45 min cooldown is if the same race holds the artifact the entire time.

When you link a godstone to a weapon can it be taken off and placed on a new weapon, or is it a one time deal?

Once a godstone is used, you can't take it out and reuse it again. You can replace it with a new one but it overwrites whatever is on the weapon.

Ok thanks, I got the godstone thrasymedes' wit last night, its 188 earth dmg 10% of the time, what do you think I should do with it? My temp is almost 50 and I don't really care for it since I'm liking sin better...and paralyze godstone would be better anyways. Do people actually pay the stupid prices for these I see all the time? Stupid as in I've seen over 10m for worse godstones than this one lol...

On my server, the elemental damage godstones are generally 2-6 mil, with the 1880 dmg @ 1% chance stones being on the higher end and the lower damage @ higher proc chance stones being on the lower end. Para stones go for 25m+ on my server and almost never available.

The elemental damage godstones are affected by magic boost and magic accuracy, so they are best suited for mage classes. For a templar or assassin I'd say just sell it. If you want to invest in a godstone for those classes, you'd probably want to get something along the lines of blind, silence, paralyze, etc.

Yea I'll probably sell, the ones you mentioned are the ones to get, but same on my server are never up. I do use Xeno's hammer and the boost is really nice on magic smash, don't know if that's enough to consider this godstone I have now.

i'm pretty sure attack speed doesn't stack and if you're talking about sin inferno offhand would outdo daeva sword if you're mainhanding flash dagger i think? i just used inferno/courageous sword on my sin
