Pretty fucking long time. Especially if you enchant it up to 10-15 (which is a lot easier to do than it sounds).

Unless you get lucky in SR, you'll probably be wearing it to 50. Much as I hate to admit I'd been wearing my Guardian Commando's Breastplate that far, simply nothing presented itself for me to upgrade to be it crafted (at a fair price) or dropped. It's sad that level 47 greens were still worse than it in most categories.

The 43 gold set would be an upgrade, but it's expensive to make.

Pretty sure the expert breastplate would be an upgrade for you. Expert noble for sure. There's nothing that particularly stands out for your level unless you really want to get blue accessories. You could get the expert noble 33 attack belt from a tailor.

I'm thinking of combining the Terrifying Book with the Penteros's book. One has attack speed and the other has casting speed. Would the result be that I'll get both stats on the finished product?

We must have received your appeal by July 28, 2010. Any appeals received after that date will not be accepted, and the request to review them will be automatically closed.

From the server merge FAQ. Basically it's too late now, though you can hope they'll be nice and do it anyway.
