Am I able to enter Taloc's, queue for dredgion, then gain entry to dredgion while fighting in Taloc's and able to re-enter back in after dredgion is over?

Any idea why one of my characters keeps crashing? My others are working fine, but as soon as I touched one of the teleport stones in Sanctum it has been impossible to get in. Also are some of my files corrupt if the house npcs only have a horn and head lol?

I'd lean toward some sort of corruption. I'd say specific character issues could be verified if you had someone else you trusted to log in, but it's sounding like your install is fucked somewhere.

I'm having an issue where all the items new to 3.0 aren't showing up. There are blank spaces in my cube where skins should be and when I equip them my character's torso disappears.. really peeved cause I have a bunch of letters in my mailbox from my large cube order and I can't access them to see what they are. The new items, stigmas, and skillbooks show up as [item:128918;;;ver1] instead of an actual link in chat. :/

I've also been having random crashing. I ported to the housing area on my SM to check things out and as soon as the area started to load the client crashed and since then I haven't been able to access the toon without crashing. Asked a GM about the matter (had to email them, hurray for the missing file a ticket button!) and they said it was because of it being a high volume area and that I should press F12 when porting to areas like that to make the other models disappear. I would be more inclined to believe him if the same thing didn't happen on my other account on Kahrun while running around in Sanctum. Had to get on my roommate's laptop to move my character so I could log in without my game crashing.

As of right now I'm reinstalling the launcher and game. If still corrupt does anyone have any advice?

EDIT-

Just finished the install for the 2nd time. The first time I only uninstalled the game and reinstalled through the nclauncher but it didn't fix it. Turns out I had to completely wipe everything related to Aion (nclauncher, client) and do a clean install from my old physical copy of the game.

Hope this helps anyone who is also having trouble with this issue.

I just decided to give the game another try, I have a 46 RNG but dont remember annnything. I'm an Asmo on Siel, anyone else there in a guild that has room for a newb ranger? Or anyone on that server in general asmo? Hit me up chars name is Ebow.

I'm trying to download the pando media booster, but nothing ends up popping up, and it is not listed in the control panel? Is something blocking it?

I dunno, nothing popped up when I updated either, but task manager said it was running. I also had to change the view of my control panel in order to see it in there as well.

You'll lose access to taloc's if you are outside of it for more than 10 minutes. If you can do dredgion and get back into talocs in under 10 minutes, you're fine, but that would be difficult to pull off if you intend to stay the full run.

Pando was installed on both of my PCs when I attempted to update to 3.0.

So I'm checking it out again for the first time since like Dec 09, logged into my account np and stuff, but all my chars are gone? I can find them by searching on the main site via character search, but they aren't on my account. Was I idle for too long and they got deleteded?

Oops scratch that... had to log into my old server, then log out, then back in or something... I can see 'em now

Reactivated. Lv50 Temp but no idea where I am supposed to go to solo level up at this point. Hit cap doing coin spam in Brusthonin iirc...

Also got a quest that tells me to go to some place I've never been or heard of. Lower Abyss maybe? There's some fort markers on the map it brings up but rest is fogged. How do I get there?

Lastly, sitting on 42mil. Anything I should buy? For references I have full fenris, most of my anuhart set, some 50 PvP accessories and full compliments of DP accessories already from way back when (played this shit hardcore for 9months).

You need to go to Gelk from Pandemonium to continue your leveling. You should save your money. If you have full Fenris that will last you still. You can do Udas or Beshmundir temple or just power past them and jump into the new content. You can also do Empyrean Crucible and the PVP Arena for upgrades that way.

only thing I can think of is pando. if you didn't uninstall/disable it after you updated to 3.0, it's probably what's eating your bandwidth up. It'll be PMB.exe in the task manager list if it's running. If that's not the issue then I don't know, I'm not really having lag issues anyway.

I've got two rows of inventory locked. I've done all of the quests as far as I can remember, and had 6 months of daeva rewards. Were there a few more that I missed from daeva rewards, or is there something I'm overlooking?

Haven't played in years, but did you do the quests to get unlock more in abyss and Heiron(?)

One of those lines was from a later Vet reward (which is now purchasable, of course...) but I don't recall what the last one was. I know my main has fully unlocked four cubes... Eh, I make fun of the store a bit, but unlike a lot of "free" to play games there isn't a single thing in the store that you need to have to play the game properly. There's some stuff to get AP faster (which don't work in actual PvP), some instance cooldown scrolls (which is what people seem to be the loudest in protest about), a couple of convenience things like the aforementioned inventory-line increase, but they're all honestly quite minor.

My problem is more with the lackluster management and development of the game (e.g. seasonal mobs); there's a great game somewhere here, but NC Soft keeps fucking burying it under bullshit.
