Him being a CEO of Goldman Sachs is contextual. Him being a disciple of Larry Summers is the most salient point, which, again, brings me to ask if you understood the post i made. I said:

Are you saying that because he was in the FRB in NY he is for transperency in the Fed? I don't know. No one has ever made that point, so i don't know what this reply has to do with transperency. Maybe you were just trying to defend something with inconsequential information? I don't know why you'd feel the need to.

Now for the salient point. He is a disciple of Larry Summers, which, if you payed attention in the Clinton administration, he's a full blown neoliberal, and he most absolutely does not believe in transperency in the fed. As for him being a CEO of Goldman? Well, it just so happens that he happens to had been a CEO of the biggest bank to receive the most help from the Fed, and some of it under the table. In other words, corruption in the Fed, and probably treasury, which is why transperency is quite needed.
