Seeing as how she was sleeping, I was trying to get some information for her, thanks for your uselessness nonetheless.

We've been together for 5 years now, she's not a minor. We only have one vehicle and she has no license so, guess no matter what I am going to have to be there. I just thought it would be easiest if I could go while she was at work so we didn't have to try and plan an appointment around both of our schedules.

As far as health insurance goes, we'll have it soon enough once I finish the police academy and get a real job that makes more than minimum wage. As it is now, we're not spending 200+$ per month, what it is through Ford for it, on our income.

I consider anything that isn't free to be expensive fyi, I am just a cheap fucker like that.

Just to clear it up a head of time, because I know it's going to be brought up, the reason she has no license. She moved out from her moms and in with me when she was 17, her mom was an awful person so it was for the best. Unfortunately her mom never did anything for her, including bothering to get her a state ID or a license, or allow us to change her legal address. After she turned 18 when we tried to get her a license they wouldn't let us because she needs two proofs of residency. The easiest would be a pay stub, but since she works for my parents business under the table she does not have any of those. The only other options are bank statements, which go figure you need an ID to get a bank account. Last month we finally were able to get her put on my account, the lady put in a false ID number for us (illegal much?). So we have one statement, with her name on it so far, we are just waiting on the second one to come in, any day now, in order to go up to the secretary of state and get her ID/license.

You can go ahead and find reasons to pick this all apart and criticize our situation. Regardless we are doing everything we can to get by and make the best of everything, so really your opinions are unnecessary. We're white trash and proud of it, damn it.

like others have said, birth control is pretty cheap and condoms are almost free. If you're as cheap as you're making out then having a baby would no be in your interests at this time. I would suggest getting your girl on the pill asap, whether for her acne or not, even if it means taking off a bit early to get her to an appointment.

Not having a baby is in my interest because I don't want to be a social parasite and have a child I can't financially support, and leach off of the system. We have an appointment for the 30th, but there will be no kids in the meantime anyways. After I have been employed with an agency after a year and part of the union with job security + financially stable, I definitely want kids. Not before.

There's multiple reasons why they require girls to go in for a check up before prescribing birth control. It's relatively safe, but plenty of women can have some terrible side effects using it as well as making sure a woman isn't pregnant without knowing it before being put on the pill.

Or if you want to start a real debate, you can always take the Neosutra way, say screw it and abort when necessary.
