Hello!

I would very much appreciate some help on this.
I recently changed my password in playonline and i'm trying to log back in now with what i'm certain is the new password. It won't let me in. It's giving me POL-5311. I know it's the correct password because I can log into Friendslist plus with it. Any ideas?

POL-5312 says:

The Square-Enix ID, Square Enix Password, or one-time password entered is incorrect.

please help me ;_;
