Got my computer, it did indeed look sweet, and ran incredibly fast... until 3 days later the motherboard fried.
I called them to use my included warranty service, their plan was to ship me a new power supply unit. I said I'm sure that's not the problem, they sent it anyways and said try that first. So a week later I get it (no computer this whole time), plug it in, still fried.
Call them, they tell me they will send me a new motherboard and I have to install it. I tell them if I wanted to rebuild an entire PC I would have built one to begin with, hell no. They say well SOL for you, return it then, and eat over $200 in "shipping" charges.
I contested it with my credit card company and eventually won, since they had never mentioned bullshit like that to me before and their service was so horrible.
tl;dr?: buy from newegg.com or dell, get a good brand (aka not Acer).
