How do I take wheels of a car?

So, about 2 weeks ago a friend shaved a line in my head after I passed out pretty drunk >.>
Naturally I want revenge but he is on high alert, and wont let his gaurd down for a second. He loves his car, so I've decided Im going to hit him there, nothing malicious, something more funny/annoying. I've thought about taking the four wheels of his car and leaving it sitting on bricks.

Firstly, is this possible without causing serious damage? If it is, what do I need to do it? I'm a complete amateur when it comes to all things "car" but I have taken one wheel off before (with help), but thats pretty straightforward. I'm basically asking if this is do-able and what I need to do it? Also open to other ideas/suggestions,

Don't fuck with another man's car.

Plus you could screw shit up and end up having to pay for damages. Not to mention he WILL have to take the car to the shop after having them remove for alignment, setting, etc. That equates to money.

entirely possible you just need a jack and some good wood. Just be very careful about how you do this because it could run you up a big tab if something were to go wrong.

Step 1: place the jack on the beam between the wheels and lift it until the tire is off the ground. About half an inch is more than enough.

Step 2: Unbolt the tires and pull the tire straight off.

Step 3: place the block directly under the hub and lower the jack.

Step 4: repeat 1-3

Some safer ones, or more amusing ones would be to take out the drivers seat or to tinfoil the entire inside of the car.

you're going to need a jack, a tire iron, and a dolly (to lay on when you slide under the car)

make sure you are under the car at all times for better covert action


if you can;t get under the car immediately, jack the car up from a side not facing the house (this should be obvious) and once this is done stay there even when lowering the car to work on the front (if you were working on the rear)

don't bother bringing the bricks as when you lower it you probably won't need to do the other tires

Have you ever changed a tire before? Get a driver or a ratcheting socket wrench with the same size as the nuts and pull the nuts off. It's not rocket-fucking-science.

Some cars also have a nut with a different head to others, which require an adapter which is usually kept with the tools in the boot of the car. This is usually on more expensive maker specific alloys (I know that new Audis definately have this) though it's something I can see alloy makers also doing.

If he has locking wheel nuts (and the chances are he does) you aren't going to get them off you're just going to fuck his rims up, not cool. Back to the drawing board I'm afraid chappy.

Well I won't add anything that hasn't been said before. Don't put the car on blocks. There's too much risk of damage. Sign him up for some Straight Camp fliers and get them mailed to his parents house.

Write a message in his front lawn in bleach (nothing obscene, it's as permanent as the line in your head, takes a season to grow back in; keep in mind where he lives, don't want to get him in shit with his HOA)

Stick plastic cutlery all over his yard (this is pretty nonvolatile and can be cleaned up without permanent damage, just takes time)

Smear petroleum jelly all up under his car door handles (also nonvolatile and won't do any damage, but harder to pull off if it's hot out)

Saran wrap his front door (gotta pull it reallllllllly tight to actually make it invisible) and make him come out

Untwist oreos and stick them all over his car (this can leave grease stains that are really hard to get out, beware)


Definitely wouldn't take the wheels off the car, can cause damage if you don't know what you're doing and even if you do he'll probably have to get them re-aligned as previously mentioned.

so obviously no one that has posted works on cars. You need to use a tire iron or fourway to loosen the wheel bolts / lug nuts before you jacking the car (otherwise you are only going to just spin the wheels...) And like posted before, some cars will have a different lug that needs the specific adapter (so if its euro dont fuck with it.) Okay so maybe you were able to loosen all of the nuts. You can not always use a pinch rail to lift a car. On most euro cars if you try to use the rail in the front, you will crush it. You have to use a subframe bolt and if you do not know what that is.. for his sake don't try it. Or if you dont mind paying for a jacked up floor board or over under body components...go for it. But i would agree with the first one to say don't mess with another man's ride.

and /laugh at the using a ratchet and socket... if nuts were that loose, good luck driving without a wheel falling off.
