Q: What exactly do the five preorder rings give and what is the difference between them?
A: So each of the preorder rings adds a small resist with each of the elements in the game and it also adds a visual effect. But it's not an equippable ring, because when we were deciding on items, there's been many times that I've gotten something in the beginning and later on it kinda became, you know, worthless

So I guess we just keep it in the inventory then for the effect?

I'd think the pure magic resist is the best one. I'm happy w/ the fire resist, but the earth one by far looks the coolest

The wind effect looks the worst by far Id say. Why did NC give themselves the shittiest ring of them all? They shoulda made something ridiculous.

I think water/fire are the worst looking since they're literally the same effect in two different colors.

However, assuming that each ring gets a different resist corresponding to their own type, those two would definitely be the best since pretty much every weapon in the game is water element, and most of the best Sorc spells are one of the two.

These are the collector's edition benefits compared to normal edition pre-order. Are they worth $10 for the digital download?

It seems that the wings are the big selling point. They are 10 seconds better than the normal lv30 wings, which cost ~1 million k. So, you'd save a bunch of gold (w/e it's called) and get better flight time. The level 40 wings cost 10+ million and give +60 seconds. There are level 50 wings, but I've read they only give +35 seconds and some HP.

I haven't ordered yet, but will soon. I'm debating whether the upgrade is worth $10.

So with all the different pre-order bonuses which would be most awesome to go with? I am still contemplating between Steam and the official NCsite itself. What I am wondering is that if that extra $10 is justified with the bonuses.

My question mostly to anyone who has bought anything from NCsoft's site, are you able to re-download the game as much times as you want if you go through NC? If not then I will probably go with Steam since they are dope enough to download the game whenever you want.

Yeah its a 10$ upgrade on the NCsoft store. You don't get the OST CD (or DvD) or the lolstatue, but you get all the in-game bonuses. Can upgrade any SE version of the game, irregardless of where you buy it

Guessing they just give you the upgrade code, since it's probably worthless w/o the actual game code. I.E. the upgrade code unlocks the items/dances/flight time ONLY and doesn't do anything to unlock your ability to play.
