If you have enough haste/-weapon delay that your weapon's delay is lower than the time it finishes an attack round, will your delay get floored at the delay taken for the attack round or will you begin another attack round only once your finished your current one:
IE K drk with holyshitlottahaste pulls off all 8 attacks and his delay is so low it goes under the attack rounds, will he be forced to wait for the next attacks or will it begin overlapping?
Just wondering if this might create a "floor" delay where stacking haste on certain multi hit weapons/da stuff in which your haste cap becomes lower than 80%
Regarding enmity while resting - there is something really weird going on with this. So I have no clue if +/- gear affects it. It's some kind of hate gain but I couldn't ever figure it out.
How often do SAM/WAR Double Attack on WS? Pole + Brutal + /WAR would be 17%, but how often do you actually see it happen? Is it actually 1 out of 6 WSs, or more like 1 out of 10? Gut feelings and impressions are appreciated.
I ask because I'm trying to figure out if the Acc bonus given to the first hit of WSs applies to Double Attacks on them as well. If it doesn't, then it wouldn't take much to push Brutal away as a WS earring on SAM.
Another random question that I've always wondered about:
Has any SAM ever gotten a "Double Attack" TP return on a YGK without DA gear when fighting a monk type monster? I'm thinking, like, SAM/DNC in The Boyahda Tree fighting a mandy for parrying skillups.
Zanshin can proc on a guarded hit, so this is the only way I can think of to tell whether or not Zanshin potentially procs during WSs. You should get the TP from the guarded hit (as long as it isn't a hit for 0) and also for the Zanshin'ed hit. This is knowledge without much practical use, but some things are just worth knowing! It could take about 100 WSs to find it though.
Your attack speed is completely independent of the animation. If you begin a new attack round before the previous one is complete, it will stop the old animation and start the new one. It's fairly common to see during zergs, but was a lot easier to see before the haste cap was implemented.
fTP isn't isn't applied to subsequent hits in a Multihit or DA'd WS. One would assume that the accuracy bonus on the first hit isn't applied to the WS either. From my experiences playing SAM, I'd say the DA rate doesn't recieve the acc bonus of the first~
When Aparthy killed PW a while ago, Nanatsusaya was said to be 100% Zanashin proc rate. I asked someone to test if Zanashin can proc on WS, and the answer was yes~
as a MNK/DRK/PLD, what would the best combo for sea gorgets be? Im looking at Soil and Snow for now, should I farm for any others though?
Soil for what? I know flame can be used for asuran and atonement while snow takes care of guillo.
Does anyone know what Moghancement: Campaign from Jeunoan Flag exactly does?
Snow - Ground Strike, Guillotine
Flame - Asuran Fists, Atonement, Insurgency, Ascetic's Fury
Thunder - Ground Strike, Spinning Slash, Dragon Kick, Raging Fists
Playing on the JP ver. and just found out to access the auto-translate function you have to hold shift and then hit tab after inputting. Is there an easier way? Sometimes, I'll get an echo on it too. Like:
>>こん (shift+tab)
>>{こんにちは}こん
It gets quite annoying.
Is the mission 2-3 BCNM soloable by a bst?
Atonement has ftp like all the other WSs. In layman's terms it just means you "cap out" more quickly. If you got the galea with +2% ws dmg for another job you can use it on atonement as well.
In the process of transforming standard bow rng into gun rng, what bullets are normally used to TP in? I'm obviously using silver bullets for WS/barrage, but would prefer something a bit cheaper but not gimpy to TP in.
