Given a Dual-Wield job with x amount of DA and a y-hit build, is there a general formula for the % of melee hits that will occur after reaching 100 TP assuming WS immediately upon finishing the attack round that reaches 100 TP and thus have no impact on WS frequency? If not, would factoring out 50% of hits in the final melee round be an acceptable approximation or should I try and work it out precisely?

Once you determine the average number of hits accumulated at the end of the attack round during which 100 total TP was attained, the amount in excess of 18 (average minus 18 ) will be the average number of hits that occurred after sufficient TP was attained. You may have to use this spreadsheet to get the average number that you want.

Take this "excess" and divide by the original average to obtain the proportion of hits that occurred after reaching 100 TP.

For example, given 95% hit rate and 15% double attack rate, the average number of hits while reaching 100 TP is 18.67013531. The proportion of hits occurring beyond 100 TP is .67013531/18.67013531 = .03589

Of course, it's impossible that you will need only 18 hits always to attain 100 TP (you won't always get sufficient TP return from the last WS), but you didn't ask about that.

Thank you so much. TP return on WS is accounted for, I'm doing separate calculations for different TP returns on WS.

Is there anyway with plugins/spellcast to look for other players weaponskills and replace whatever weaponskill you send to game and replace it with the skillchaining one? I know there's a swap ability/magic as there's one in my SMN spellcast, but I don't know if you can make it read other people's weaponskills.

Blms with Morrigan's hands, I pose this question for you. What did you do to kick in your latent for the Sorc. Ring without using the Zenith Mitts? Do you still use them and just macro out the Z.Mitts when your latent is up? Are the M. Cuffs even worth using for Blm without the full set?

SpellCast couldn't do this alone, it can't watch the game for things like that. You could probably do it with a combination of SpellCast and FFXIAPP or something, but I don't know for sure. I've never used FFXIAPP, but from the sounds of it you could use its "OnEvent" stuff to change the WS.

M cuffs are still worth it. Without full set.

Should be able to hit latent without Zmitts provided you aren't galkan.

I just use the Z mitts in my HP down set and swap to Morrigan's when nuking. Sadly I don't have white hp when in my latent anymore and get cured out of it more often now. Definitely worth using over z mitts, 5 macc is 5 macc.
