Input the TP/stat mods for YGK for TP/mod stuff, then level difference, then damage-type bonus/penalties, afaik (or are you asking something else?)

(D + fSTR + WSC) * fTP * Pdif * Overwhelm bonus (the position of Overwhelm is difficult to ascertain but the order of the multiples won't matter except for an odd figure due to premature flooring).

D = weapon DMG
fSTR = STR-VIT difference function (this will usually be capped or close to it, cap is [floor(weapon dmg/9) + 8] for melee)
WSC = weaponskill mod [floor{floor(yourSTR x 0.75) x 0.83}] at 75 for y/g/k.
fTP = TP modifier (remember to add 0.1 if gorget!)
Pdif = Attack/Def ratio function (note this will be capped or very nearly capped for Gekko in particular... cap for pdif is not known at this time but is believed to be in the vicinity of 3.15).

Any guesstimate when SE will announce the reward plans/more info for the Shantoto add-on? I've been considering spamming for dusk gloves +1 but would not be a happy camper if I spend 20m then SE released info on the add-on which entailed customizable hand-gear with haste+4%.

Nope, moogles get the tablets as soon as they are found. Player has to go to garden just to get his/her rewards.

How exactly does your singing/instrument skill effect the acc and potency of BRD debuffs?

It's been a long time since I really cared to look into bard in detail, but from what I remember, potency is set depending on your song and instrument; for acc, I'm pretty sure it's the same way as "normal" m.acc, though I've not seen anyone test it.

Virtue weapons. I know it and a da proc can happen on the same attack for 3 attacks,
Attack > stone + da
but someone is claiming that you can

Attack > stone + DA > Stone (off the da) for 4 attacks

Now, I use faith baghs pretty regularly and have NEVER seen 4 attacks on 1 first. Whats the deal?

I'm pretty sure you can get 4 attacks. It's not that the Stone is procing off your DA though. The stone either procs or doesn't each attack round (so you're either attacking once or twice) then you can Double Attack off each swing. I'm pretty sure I've seen it with Fortitude Axe more than a few times.





Okay, so WAR Polearm build. It's better to use Crab Sushi +1 and get a Minuet than to try and gear for Acc? Lolibri camp obviousry. When I make builds I get:
94.8% Hit rate, +24% Haste, +121 Atk, +35 Dex (100 total) vs. (Crab Sushi +1 and Minuet III)
91.5% Hit rate, +21% Haste, +174 Atk, +45 Dex (110 total) vs. (Sub and Minuet III)
94.8% Hit rate, +23% Haste, +123 Atk, +42 Dex (107 total) (Sub and Blade Madrigal)
* This is assuming you just use Aggressor and don't use a different TP set for it. Using a different TP set would help the last case pretty dramatically. Would get another 1% Haste and ~27 Atk whenever aggressor was up. First case would just get another 5 Atk.
