Kirin's Pole, Errant Hpl., Penitent Rope, Rainbow Cape, Bugard Strap +1, Errant slops, Tamas ring, Devotee's mitts, Errant Pigaches, Promise Badge puts you 1 MND over cap.

Star ring, Gnole Torque, Kirin's Pole, Mahatma hpl., Ixion Cape, Bugard Strap +1, Morrigan's Slops, Morrigan's Pigaches (+56) is a pretty ideal build. That way you're only carrying Kirin's Pole exclusively for Stoneskin (may be using it to hit 150 for ele debuffs too).

Goliard Chapeau + Neptune's Staff does it too; if you're not using Kirin's Pole for elemental debuffs that would be your true ideal build (from an inventory perspective) since Goliard also has a place in your hMP set.

Plenty of BLM gear has MND on it already. Really isn't difficult to cap without carrying random stuff with no other use. Only exception is Stone Gorget.

I've heard of COR soloing Wulgaru using Water shot, but I was curious as to how long it takes since it looks like he has a pretty hefty amount of HP, anyone solo'd before that can give a time estimate?

Is Heca-hat Abj. Worth a 4 million gil price tag? My LS doesn't camp Land gods due to the fact that there are several botting LS and so there really isn't a point trying anymore.

Assinajar is the right answer.

And also would you pay 4 mil for 4-6 str. -2~5 dex over any other WS hat.
(assumed Moogle/Voyagers/Maats Cap).

If the answer is yes. then by all means, spend the 4 mil.

should be actually a bit less with merciful cape, but my stoneskin gear is overkill ( 120 MND) and I don't even carry special mnd gear except kirin pole.

Why would you wear Merciful Cape for stoneskin? Even a Rainbow Cape is better.

edit: if you're overkilling with Kirin's Pole, why not just get rid of it and use Neptune's + Bugard+1?

Not like ima defend this guy but i assume he doesnt use rainbow and uses gleeman's so he wont carry around rainbow(or aslan). but yeah on the kirins pole ....
