The way my wife's RDM macros/SpellCast are set up works like this (will be done differently if you don't use SpellCast):
She has the following sets defined in relation to enfeebles:
Max Accuracy - this set contains only pieces that are the best for both black and white magic enfeebling accuracy, not potency. For example, Warlock's Tabard.
INT Accuracy - highest accuracy pieces specific to black magic enfeebles. If a piece isn't specified, it uses the one from the Max Accuracy set.
MND Accuracy - same as above, but for the white magic enfeebles. This set is always used for on/off enfeebles like Silence.
MND Potency - this set contains the highest MND pieces in every slot, including wand/shield combo.
MND Hybrid - highest MND pieces in every slot, except that it uses HQ staff + elemental grip instead of wand/shield.
She then has one macro that cycles through the 3 white-magic-enfeeble sets. So by default, she starts off casting Para/Slow using the full Potency set. If she pushes the "cycle" macro, from that point onwards, Para/Slow will cast using the Hybrid set. If she pushes it again, now the full white-magic Accuracy set is used. Pushing it again cycles back to the Potency set. You should have some sort of echo command that tells you which set it just switched to, so you know where you're at.
Makes it pretty easy to quickly flip through levels of accuracy for Para and Slow. This is fairly simple to set up with SpellCast, but it would also be possible with Windower macros (by overwriting aliases) and even with in-game macros (by having the "cycle" macro change between multiple otherwise-identical macro sets).
PLD 2 Merits! I'm pretty sure I want at least one of both Fealty and Chivalry, but I'm not sure about Iron Will and Guardian. Spell Interuption sounds nice to have in a pinch, or for Utsusemi. Does Guardian make a significant difference? I imagine the lack of hate loss is nice, but doesn't sound like it would counter the hate gain of strong DD.
Thoughts?
If you're getting Barfira/Carol, you don't really need much. I'd assume you go NIN to that fight? I get 168ish iirc for my Tiamat fire resist build, and that was overkill for Wyrm assuming carol/bar. I'd say around 100 under both buffs, more without one or the other. Keep in mind that number is very loose.
I asked this in the wrong thread already, but:
Can spellcast be used to switch armor sets between satchel and inventory?
About how much hMP does an equipment's Refresh Effect end up converting into?
~3.2
A tick occurs every 3 seconds. The first resting tick is 20 seconds, after that each one occurs at 10 second intervals.
+1 Refresh = 1mp/3 seconds.
Therefore by the time the first tick has elapsed, you have generated 20/3 MP, or 6.67~ (obviously 6 in the game). Therefore, assuming you don't change that piece of gear, for the first tick 1 refresh = 6.67hMP.
The other ticks occur every 10 seconds, so in 10 seconds you produce 10/3 MP, or 3.33~. Therefore, assuming you don't change that gear, for all subsequent ticks 1 refresh = 3.33hMP.
Use Tickle, macro in a refresh piece between 10 tick interval, doesn't matter
I want to level some gimp weapons. If I don't get Campaign Tag, can I get skill ups, and to what level?

i can't believe i'm asking this, but i went from 71-75 mnk very quickly.
how much tp should i get back from asuran fists, assuming all hits land, and using destroyers? there is only +5 store tp in my ws build - rajas ring (swaping out pcc for flame gorget, swap out brutal earring for a 2nd merman's earring, swap out bb for life belt)
i seem to get back 16 regularly, but have seen 17 and 18 returns. mathematically (bearing in mind i was a lit major, i suck at math), i can't figure out whether that store tp is significant enough. would 16tp be a 7/8 hits landed, or would it be 17? the 18 is rare and i can't account for it. i didn't think AF could crit (i know that there's no chance of double attack).
thanks!
I asked before if a few things were KC-DRK + RDM/DRK zergable, but I realize I really should've just asked what isn't zergable.

FL assaults? ISNMs? ZNMs? Various missions? All KCzergable?
Thanks in advance, always get great help in this thread! :D
Wind, watah, hahht, with your answers combined ...
yes
yesISNMs?
I don't know firsthand, though I've heard t4s resist it.ZNMs?
Most are, yes.Various missions? All KCzergable?
Honestly, it seems like you got lucky with a KC and are trying to make it into more than it is.. it's extremely useful for CoP dynamis, dynamis lord, baha2, and king vinegaroon. ISNMs, most ZNMs, most uncapped missions can be handled duo without a KC zerg. FL assaults can be 4manned with a standard approach, though I'd imagine a zerg strategy would be very likely to wipe without a backup plan on FLs.
Someone tested this.. and I can't find it with search:
What's the formula for the stoneskin given with cures when afflatus solace is up?
Infact, I think it was you, Rya!
I have RDM, BLM, SMN, BLU, WHM, DRG and SCH(65).
I have Iota, Omega, Aslan, Gleeman's and Morgana.
I have PCC, Flame Gorget (for DRG and BLU), Novio, Loquac., and Magnetic (for mages).
Do any of the remaining ampoule items offer me anything (maybe ritter for a tank set?) at all? Is there going to be that much of a difference between Kubira and PCC on BLU spells (the big 3, vertical cleave)?
I've been doing Einherjar since release and have over 40k ampoules + 5 items.. I'm just gonna save for eyepatch if nothing does any good for me.
Thanks.
With destroyers, you should be getting 4.9TP per strike with no Store TP.
5 Store TP on WS should come out as
4.9 * 1.05 = 5.1 TP per primary hit
1 TP per additional hit
5.1 x 2 + 1 x 6 = 16.2TP per Asuran if all 8 hit.
I'm not sure why you get 17 or 18 unless you got hit during the WS or left something not accounted for assuming I haven't made a mistake myself.
FUN! :D me likey helping!
Basically, it was roughly:
C1=5
C2=20
C3=50
C4=100
C5=160
And it did NOT appear to be affected by potency, or amount cured (land for zero hp, still full skin amount).
EDIT: found 'em! Test#1, Test#2
And it turns out, my memory wasn't 100%, but those numbers are pretty close to my test results.
EDIT: Apparently this is no longer accurate!
Seems to be ~25% of cure amount, regardless of whether or not the full amount lands (curing PLD at 1499/1500hp, lands for 1, still gives full stoneskin)
