I've had to deal with douchebags and some cool chic friends. This isn't about wanting to fuck her or date her. They were friends first, and this dude is being an ass. So, first he's trying to make sure his friend doesn't get played, and second he's trying to look out for a lady who deserves some damn respect.

some bitch wants to fuck you, and laid it out straight: I don't want a relationship, this is how I am and you knew it when you first fucked me and when you fucked me again

now, some other dude, who has nothing to do with anything whatsoever, other than conceivably wanting to fuck this girl (and also doesn't want to be in a relationship, hey we have something in common) is IM'ing me despite me trying to not have my fuckfriend fuck someone else, and encouraging to avoid this dude who, ultimately, may convince this chick to stop fucking me
