2) i hope they don't do like lineage, which had a maint ever day around 11PM EST

It was only every tuesday, but it was really beneficial to the server. You had bots and nukers who would just leave their loot laying on the ground, which accumulated tons of lag for the servers over the week. In CT2.3, which was just after I quit, I think they made it so the drops would disappear after 10mins, which made the maintenances less needed, but I don`t really see that problem on Aion, so I also hope they don`t do it.

Orz, rebooted my PC while servers were down and no GameGuard is spitting a 114 error at me.

Edit: Seems like GG and ZoneAlarm don't mix. -.-

Lagged so bad I aggrod something and lost 800 HP before the wolf actually showed up in my screen, this is whack D: 5 seconds+ on skills activating, rubber banding every 10 seconds, servers imploding or what?

If gameguard crashes and I have to go through the 30mins it takes to load the game back up one more time i'm going to snap

lol engaged a wolf, clicked my skill over 50 times, nothing happened and I was stuck there, getting hit until I died, then returned to bind point, and it raised me where I died, aggrod the same wolf and died again, lol

at least you return to your obelisk when you die, I hit ok and the grey fades away but the music keeps playing and I keep kneeling until I close Aion and launch it again

Yeah it's really bad, I guess since it's the weekend and everyone is slamming the servers though.

Playing for like 5 seconds, then 45 second lag spikes where you pray your character is auto attacking, otherwise you come back dead. It's really retarded. I know it's lolbeta but it's kinda scary 2 weeks from release and the servers are like this...

Ah well, we'll see. Chanter is fun though, I'm glad I didnt play a mage or I would have died 100x over from the lag.

This is why need to make extra sure I beat the curve on launch. We pretty much have it worked out now for 1-10.

Having the exact same experience (lag and loving chanter!), all I want to do is level !
