    PoL password messed up?

    My friends PoL password works to log them in, but does NOT work at the Membership screen to buy expanded services or change account details.

    I figured they were messing up or something, so after much desperation they gave me their info and I logged in.

    Its not squareenix pass its asking for, there's no twist, its asking for the PoL password like any other account, like mine. But their password does not work no matter how many times we enter it in. We get error 5000 and it says information may not be correct.

    What's going on? Can anyone enlighten me or am I being wooshed by something big I missed?

    Is the account it self from another region than the installed version?

    When I try to change/add information on my EU Game Version of my US Account it gives me that error

    Most likely is different. I believe that its was one of the security features added a while back to help stop hackings
