Update: Groupon has a sale on right now for $29.99, if you make a new account you get $5 off and it looks like you can buy more than one.

Edit again: $5 credit is toast, but it's live now in case gamestop/BB won't load for you.

Got my year at GS online finally. Didn't feel like waiting around for Amazon or PSN tonight. Was worried when it told me twice it was invalid, then realized I am awesome at reading and the number I thought was a 6 was a 5... Yay! Done with that recurring 3 month subscription that I have been throwing money away on for 6 months >.>

It does yes, at 49.99. I, however, initially jumped on board with a 17.99 per 3 month card and it has been auto renewing every 3 months at that price. So I was essentially paying more than I needed to be just because I kept forgetting to grab a year card, and so saving a bit every year (I just can't see the point of grabbing more than one year with the way that Digital Policies can change at any moment...) by grabbing a $30 code seemed smart.

Sony has a history of doing deals where if you redeem a yearly sub (codes included) they'll tack on an extra 3 months free. No real confirmation they'll do it again, but in the past it was to your advantage to buy cards/codes than maintain an ongoing yearly sub. Was true of XBL Gold, will probably be true of PS+ going forward as well.

Not to derail, but does anyone think that with PS+ being required now on PS4 for online gaming, that we might see the end of those kinds of promotions or even this near annual $30 for a year sub for PS+?

Also what the hell at Amazon and SEN not going live with their discounts yet? A lot of tired East Coasters out there. I am happy to be on the West Coast AND that I just lazily jumped on the GS code.

I don't know, I see the subscription market for consoles getting tighter so the deals could very well get better now that the playing field is level. Still no excuse to pay full price on a recurring sub.

And yeah, Amazon and SEN haven't updated shit while everyone else is live with their deals.

Not sure if the ebay vita comes with a memory card but I might just bite the bullet on a 64GB since I got such a good deal anyway. $274 for a 3G/Wi-fi Vita and 64GB card tax free is pretty sweet.

If you start a free trial first, then apply the starter pack, you'll have 44 days of game time total, for only a buck. You should use the Cerebral Booster ASAP because it becomes invalid after 14 days.

Amazon selling bf4 ps3 digital for $25 you can use it to upgrade on ps4, i just did it by the way.

Missed it, but still only $30 now. Do they charge $10 to upgrade with this version? Thought digital upgrade was supposed to be free, or is that only the psn digital version?

PS4 upgrade is 10$

The difference is that if you have the PS3 disk and you digitcal upgrade to PS4 you still need PS3 disk to play it
