According to this leaked ad, all Nintendo eShop prepaid cards will be 20% off again at Best Buy (this sale last appeared in December). The sale will run from February 23 through March 1st. Nintendo eShop cards can be used to purchase content for Wii U and 3DS.

Xbox One $499 + $50 gift card at Target. $449.99 at Microcenter (a strait $50 discount, but requires a coupon).... seems like Microsoft may be considering a price drop... or retailers are worried. Either way a decent time to buy if you want to get Titanfall. Otherwise I'd wait till the end of the year for a price drop+bundle.

There's rumors of an upcoming Club Nintendo Promo in March:

Register a Nintendo 2DS or 3DS XL and one of six eligible games on Club Nintendo from March 1st - March 31st, 2014 and get a free download code for Pokemon X or Pokemon Y. The eligible six games include Animal Crossing: New Leaf, Yoshi's New Island, Lego City Undercover: The Chase Begins, Super Mario 3D Land, Donkey Kong Country Returns 3D, and Mario Kart 7.

Its to get people to buy 3ds in a period were sales are weak. They did this last year as well and it was not retroactive so likely no.
