I cannot confirm this atm, but supposedly there's a $15 off any game priced $40 or higher at Target that starts on Sunday. Might be the best deal that comes out for MK8 before the end of the Club Nintendo promotion.

I tried this today and confirm that it works. You have to buy a reserve card thing for any game for it to work for $1. I bought Professor Layton and the Azran Legacy (39.99) and had them price match it to Amazon (29.96) and then it took the $15 off with the $1 reserve thing so the total came to 17 and change.

so basically, if you don't already own MK8, you can get 4 games for $100 (Donkey Kong Tropical Freeze + Mario Kart 8 for $98 or so, then get your free game as Mario 3D World, then Pikmin 3 as the free MK8 registration game!)

Guess Target *really* didn't want my money afterall.

It's in their policy on their website that they will PM amazon prime. I even explained to a guy once that prime doesn't get you cheaper prices, only cheaper shipping. As long as it says "Ships and sold by amazon" they are supposed to PM per their terms. You may want to just try a separate target though. I've only ever had that issue at one. Also if you were trying to PM MK8 notice it's also the same price at wal-mart.

Some Kmarts supposedly have the WiiU Pro Controller marked for clearance down to $30. If you have one near by, might be worth checking out.
