The additional 25% is for listed games on the mid season deal which fallout 4 is not apart of.

I am still buying Black ops 3 digital deluxe from newegg for $79 from a promo of $20 off.

If cdkeys had season pass on discount too, I would buy them both from them and probably save $40 altogether. Unfortunately, they dont have it listed.
