I thought Trespasser was worth it. Didn't play the others.

Trespasser is really the only one worth it, both for the content itself and the addition of modifiers for the base game (the level scaling one is a godsend). Other ones are mostly just one side zone with some moderately OP loot.

4 for $20 is back at GameStop. Mostly 4+ year old 360 and PS3 titles, but if you missed their original run you might find something worthwhile.
