how long is that good for? I might try to wrap up Darksiders...
and if the games are multiplatform is it only good on the pictured one? because fuck if I'm getting PS3 Bayonetta

Good till 24th.

Not sure but I'm going to call tomorrow and ask if you can trade 360 for ps3 and vice versa games.

on the bottom of the game case picture, you can see "Xbox 360" "Playstation 3 Xbox360" etc.

That's pretty nice. I foresee junking Tekken 6 for Bayonetta since I realized I'm horrible at 3-D fighters shortly after buying it. lol

It seems like amazon and toysrus are better buying options anymore with games, due to the extra money off they offer or giftcards, unless you have store credit at gamestop or they have substantial pre order exclusives, it really is getting to the point to where I find no need to shop at gamestop. The only thing I dont like about amazon is the free shipping takes longer.

At some point gamestop will need to step up their game in this area as far as buying incentives go, I know they wont tho, because they would lose money on new games.

Right on, just tried to give Tekken another whirl before getting rid of it and I can't say I'm going to miss it too much. I don't know if it's too much SF4 lately, 3-D fighters or what but I could not get into T6 at allllll.

Homie @ gamestop said that most stores will ask for the email with the offer on it. I told him to give it a shot anyways when I went in to trade ODST for Bayonetta. It worked. Thing is, they do the taxes on the 59.99 and not the 19.99 amount. So you end up paying about 25 bucks and some change. Still, pretty sweet deal.

Same, had to pay the extra tax on it which doesn't really make sense unless they do that on all their "discounts" lol The guy I talked to had never heard about the deal but said it rang up that way on its own. Luckily it's on their website now under the trade-ins page if anyone were to ask.

He was talking about having to pay tax on the full amount, rather than the $20.
